All returned items must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You will only be refunded for the cost of the product. If you received free/promotional item(s) or purchased a discounted bundle, all item(s) need to be returned in order to receive a refund If you wish to keep the free item(s), the full retail of the free/promotional item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return the free item(s) with more than 20% used, you will be responsible for the full retail value of the free/promotional item(s), and it will be deducted from the refund amount — this applies to ALL orders.

If you purchased more than one 30-day supply (e.g: 3-month supply of Inno Cleanse) and you want to return a portion of your order (e.g., you want to keep one item and return the remaining two), you MUST return all remaining items in their original sealed containers in order to qualify.

Orders that are returned to our facility by the shipping carrier due to an insufficient address, incorrect address or addresses that have been vacated will not be offered reshipment.

You must send a digital Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include a physical copy of the RMA with your return package. Returns that DO NOT include a digital and physical RMA will not be processed and not considered for return.
