Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open only to approved TikTok Shop Affiliates who are legal U.S. residents, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of Inno Supps are not eligible.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a refundable sample will not increase your chances of winning. If you choose to purchase a sample, TikTok Shop will automatically refund the cost of that sample after your first eligible sale.
  • Participants must join the official Inno Supps Discord channel to be eligible. Access may be denied at Inno Supps’ discretion if content or conduct violates company or platform policies.
  • This contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period

  • The contest begins on Oct 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on Oct 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.
  • Only GMV generated during this time period will be counted toward prize eligibility.

3. How to Enter

During the Contest Period, participants may:

  • Post shoppable TikTok videos,
  • Host live shopping streams, or
  • Generate GMV through their TikTok Showcase.

Participants must tag official Inno Supps TikTok Shop product listings in qualifying content.

Commission Earnings: Affiliates earn a commission on all Inno Supps sales during the contest period. Commissions will be paid out by TikTok Shop.

Content must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Inno Supps’ brand guidelines.

Inno Supps reserves the right to deny anyone admission to the Discord group for any reason. Only content that complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Inno Supps brand guidelines will qualify.

4. Prize Redemption & Notification

  • To claim a prize, participants must send an email to tiktokaffiliate@innosupps.com between November 1–4, 2025 (no later than 11:59 PM PST on November 4, 2025). The email must include the participant’s TikTok handle, TikTok profile link, full name, a screenshot clearly showing GMV generated, and a screenshot verifying their member name in the official Inno Supps Discord channel.
  • If no email is received by the deadline, prizes will be forfeited.
  • All GMV generated in October by combined accounts belonging to the same individual will count irrespective of post date. Accounts and posts featuring generative AI will not be counted towards GMV or prize eligibility.
  • Based on the GMV target tier you’ve reached at the end of the contest period, you will receive all of the prizes or the cash prize option within that target tier, in addition to your commissions. Commissions will be paid out by TikTok Shop.
  • Inno Supps is not responsible to notify or remind affiliates to redeem prizes due to the high volume of participants in the contest.

5. Target Tiers & Prizes

Prizes are awarded based on the highest GMV tier achieved.

  • 3,000 GMV: $500 cash OR AirPods Max

  • 30,000 GMV: $10,000 cash OR Rolex Submariner
  • 60,000 GMV: $20,000 cash OR 4 Nights Overwater Villa in Maldives
  • 150,000 GMV: $50,000 cash OR Home Transformation (custom wellness setup & gym equipment)
  • 350,000 GMV: $115,000 cash OR Mercedes G Wagon
  • 600,000 GMV: $600,000 cash
  • 1,000,000 GMV: $1,000,000 cash

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Inno Supps reserves the right to substitute a prize with a cash equivalent or another prize of equal or lesser value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Content Requirements and Policy

  • All posts must be original content created by the participant.
  • Prohibited content includes profanity, nudity, hate speech, false/misleading claims, or unauthorized use of copyrighted material, music, or trademarks.
  • Posts or accounts using generative AI are not eligible.
  • TC Disclosure: Participants must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using “#ad” or “#sponsored”).

7. Contest Winner Notification and Prize Terms

  • Winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more must submit an IRS Form W-9 before receiving their prize. Inno Supps will report prize values to the IRS via Form 1099-NEC as required by law. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Disqualification

Inno Supps reserves the right to disqualify entries for:

  • Misrepresentation of GMV or fraudulent behavior (e.g., self-purchasing, AI-generated content).
  • Violation of TikTok or Inno Supps’ policies.
  • Use of bots, spam tactics, or inauthentic engagement.
  • Failure to meet contest requirements.

9. Publicity Rights

By entering, participants grant Inno Supps the right to use their TikTok username, content, likeness, and GMV results for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Inno Supps is not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed entries due to technical failures.
  • Errors in TikTok Shop tracking or reporting.
  • Damages, injuries, or losses from participation or prize use.
  • Lost or stolen prize packages.
  • Inventory shortages or product sell-outs due to high demand.

All TikTok Shop data and commissions are provided “as is” and subject to TikTok’s systems and policies. Inno Supps has no control over third-party errors or delays.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and prize fulfillment, in accordance with Inno Supps’ Privacy Policy.

12. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inno Supps, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, or losses related to contest participation or content.

13. Force Majeure

Inno Supps shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or platform outages.

14. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from this contest will be resolved via binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. Participants agree to bring claims individually, not as part of a class action.

15. Modifications & Termination

Inno Supps reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok.

16. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
