Protein Packed Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS: (makes 12)

  • 2 scoops Chocolate Brownie Clean Vegan Protein
  • 1/2 cup stevia
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk all of the wet ingredients together, then combine the dry and the wet ingredients until well mixed.
  4. Fold in your chocolate chips.
  5. Get an ice cream scoop and then scoop out the twelve cookies onto your baking pan.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes then let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
