Fruit Fueled Strawberry Shake Inno Supps
Fruitastic Strawberry Shake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups of Water or Milk of your choice
2 Scoops of Advanced ISO Fruity Cereal Powder
4 - Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Frozen Banana
Handful of Ice
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Layer 1/2 of the ingredients first, then put the remaining half on top for smoother blending - swirl and enjoy.
Blueberry Mango Shake

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Water or Milk
2 Scoops of Advanced ISO Vanilla Birthday Cake Powder
1/2 cup of Fresh or Frozen Mangos
1/4 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
Handful of Ice

Layer 1/2 of the ingredients first, then put the remaining half on top for smoother blending - swirl and enjoy. You can top off the smoothie with a little granola for a fun crunch.
